Reconciliation wizard

In the best case scenario, reconciling currently requires 4 clicks per account which adds up fast if you have lots of accounts. Would be cool to be able to reconcile all accounts at once through a single dialog / experience - reducing to as low as 3-4 clicks total. This should probably live on the Accounts tab.Requirements- Single screen with a looks good / different balance toggle for each account (defaulting to looks good)- Perform the sync comparison across all bank-linked accounts simultaneously- For any marked by user as looks good, reconcile- For any marked by user as different balance, initiate a guided experience that takes them through each account page to reconcile manually (or just add a flag to each account requiring review if that's easier) Migrated from UserJot · originally requested Jun 2026 · 10 votes.

Income Ratio targets

Currently, targets in the Income Ratio widget only work as a "surpass this %" threshold — the percentage turns green once you meet or exceed it. It would be great to have the option to set a target as either a minimum (meet or exceed) or a maximum (stay under), depending on what's being tracked. For example, I have several income ratios set up: Savings Rate — target: minimum 20% Essential Expenses — target: maximum 60% Fun Expenses — target: maximum 20% Right now, this only works well for Savings Rate, since going over the target is the goal. But for Essential Expenses and Fun Expenses, going over the target is actually the bad outcome — so the current "green when exceeded" logic doesn't apply, and these two ratios don't get the same useful at-a-glance feedback. Being able to flag a target as min or max would make the green/red indicator meaningful across all these use cases.

Check for matched transactions when moving a transaction from one account to the other

Use case: I purchased something with paypal and thought it would be charged to my (unlinked) credit card, so I manually entered the transaction in my credit card account. Paypall charged the cost to my (linked) checking account instead, so there the transaction is now available for approval. I moved the manually entered transaction from my credit card to my checking account (as that one already contains the right payee and category), but no linking logic happens. I'll just reject the synced transaction but it would be a nice to have if ZeroSum would recognise those two transactions could have gotten linked.
