Create "Pay by [date]" goals for credit cards

It's awesome that credit cards can now have goals, but often, you need to pay off your balance by a certain date. Having the ability to set a "pay by" date as a goal and have Zerosum calculate how much you'll need to budget every month would be a great addition!
